Steve McAleer helps buyers and sellers navigate residential real estate in Fort Lauderdale and Southeast Florida. His approach combines personal service, careful listening and local market knowledge to help clients make informed decisions.

Originally from Michigan, Steve earned a degree in business and marketing from Central Michigan University. He moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2001 and obtained his Florida real estate license in 2006. In November 2018, he became the first licensed agent in Florida to join The Agency.

Steve brings knowledge of neighborhood trends and property values together with technology to support his clients throughout the buying and selling process. He values clear communication and lasting relationships, offering guidance from the first conversation through closing.
